Slacker Radio account

For those that had Ravens delivered, did you get a free slacker radio account from Tesla? My understand is that we should be getting credentials to login to slacker from Tesla and it is supposed to be a premium account. If I am incorrect please let me know.

I tried calling the support line yesterday and the rep said she was looking into it but I never heard back. I also contacted Tesla by email with no response.

August Raven delivery here and nope, no slacker account provided to me by Tesla.

I did receive a callback from Tesla. Apparently, the provisioning system they use to create slacker accounts is offline. No ETA on when it is coming back. I think I will go ahead and wait for them to fix the system instead of playing slacker.

According to the site's front page support for Spotify is rolling out. If that is true, I will use my Spotify Premium account and never use Slacker again.
