Slacker/TuneIn Radio Error Loading

Hi,

Recently my Slacker streaming radio started to have the error loading message and asked me to sign in with a Slacker account. The same thing happened with my TuneIn. I used to be able to make a "Taylor Swift Radio" or "Christmas Music Radio" and now none of them work. When I hit the icon, nothing happens. What should I do to get it working again? Should I reset the software or something? Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

are you out of cell service range (or does the car think you are out of range)? if you have no service this will happen...look at the LTE icon in the car and see if it has a slash through it...

Haha!! I have full LTE and pretty good LTE signal from the looks of it. Any ideas?

Honestly, when I get the load failure screen, I hit the refresh and it comes up. I have done a reset at times as well and that brings up the music again.

Can you let me know how to reset? Is it resetting the software? Please tell me how. Thank you!

press brake and both steering wheel buttons at the same time until the screen goes blank then let go and let system restart

Actually, just press and hold the two buttons. I've never used the brake pedal, excepting when I was sitting at a red light. BTW, you can still drive while it resets. Can't see speed, obviously, but just stay with traffic if needed.
