Slow screen above steering wheel

My Tesla Model S (75D 2017) starts up slowly. It concerns the panel above the steering wheel. First the screen will remain black for about 10 seconds and then it will start slowly. See picture. Recognizable? What is cause? Does anybody have experience with this? My Tesla Service Center is not familiar with this (they say) and suggests doing further (paid) research. Software version: 2020.36.16

I have a 2017 90D that does the same thing. It stared with my last update same update. Happens almost every morning. Don't notice it during the day. I'm sure it's a software thing.

I have a 2014 85D that does the same thing. Happens, but not all the time. It takes more than 10 seconds, the it starts slowly as described above. Software version: 2020.36.11
Perhaps it's a software issue. It seems it's not recognized by Tesla, otherwise it should have been fixed.
