Slower Acceleration After 5.9 Update?

I feel like my 40 is slower with 5.9. Maybe this only affects 60kWh batteries? The balloon squeal is also worse. It now sometimes comes out as early as 30kW and even appears on regen!

What was the SOC? Accelleration greatly declines as SOC gets lower.

I do a standard charge every night and start every morning with 238 or 237 miles of rated range. I know acceleration drops as the battery gets depleted, but this isn't that. The first 28 miles of my commute are exactly the same so I have a good baseline to compare. Its slower, but after seeing the poll results I'm thinking it might be something else and not the 5.9 update. I'm just not sure what.
