Small but deep scratches

I returned to my 5-day-old Model S to see a small (1 inch in length if it was contiguous) but deep set of scratches (gashes?)... No idea how someone even could have done this with their door...

Ready. Set. Advise me what to do...

No idea how someone even could have done this with their door...

Someone loading/unloading a large purse/duffle bag with metal strap connectors on it and not being very careful. (I've seen it happen to my car before.) Or as they swing the bag over their shoulder.

Stop by SC and talk to their detailer. Service put a 1" long scratch on mine that I concluded would need painted .... Tesla's guy got it out to almost unnoticeable status.

Sidenote: When I take my car in, he's the only one allowed to touch it.
