Small paint defect on the hood

I just got my car recently and while wiping down the hood, noticed this paint defect near the middle. I'm not sure what happened but like some kind of hole there and they used some bad touch-up paint to try to cover it up? Is this something that could be fixable by the service center?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It might need to be polished off or might be as easy as a claybar treatment

I'm not sure if claybar can remove this, the defect feels dried into the surface. It's not like some random surface deposit. It looks like it's part of the paint.

hood probably had a paint chipped during transport to delivery center before u pickup. And the delivery center guys use their factory paint bottle with brush to touch it up.

when my car was first in service to fix a panel gap, those guys at SF SC ding my door and chipped the paint too. I pointed it out to them and they just took out their factory matching paint bottle to brush it.

little wet sanding, cut and polish, 20 min DIY job….prob dont even need to wet sand.
