I've tried that including turning off/on standby mode and all the exception options for standby mode.
Oh good to hear. I have 24.10 on the Y and 24.5 on the X. Both won't summon. I'll look forward to the .10 to do some testing.

They didn't fix it
Its like the cell service doesn't work with smart summon now as the accuracy of where the car is horrible and it still shows the constant warming up
3 firmware updates later and it's still not fixed lol...
Well that suck$. I'm sure they'll have it fixed in two weeks. Right after we get FSD beta pushed to the fleet.
Interesting. I'm somewhat in a dilemma with this app thing on my android phone. I located the new app apk and installed on the phone before it was available in the app store. Now that the app store has the official app available, each time I install, I get the old app. There is no option to update after the install to the new app.

I'll give that a try. the phone is already on the same screen so it should be a easy transition.

I've had several different types of Smart Summon failures -- warming up, can't connect, button doesn't appear, and probably a couple of others. I'm going to try some of the suggestions above, but I'm confused as to the software versions. I'm seeing a lot of 2021.24.xx or 2021.25xx. I got 2021.32.10 about a week ago, and Smart Summon isn't working, despite the post that said 24.11 appeared to fix the problem. How could I have a version that's significantly newer than others, yet still have the same failures? I will check my settings to see if the problem lies there and will report any fixes.

Best I can tell, turning OFF both the Summon Standby *AND* Sentry Mode will allow Smart Summon to work.
It's still a bit glitchy, but it tends to get past the infinite "Warming Up" indicator.
That said, since it's still glitchy, I don't trust it like before. So I'm only using it very infrequently until I know it's properly fixed.

Picked up my M3P at Tesla from service. Asked my rep-agent, that since 2021.24.4 (end of August) Smart Summon does not park the car closer or under than 100 cm to my garage wall. Today I am on 2021.31.22. Still the same... Switched on off everything related to Smart Summon... Still not working.
He did not know about this "Summon mode misbehaviour" and asked the "software-specialist" in the Service Center and came back and said: "Tesla had to adapt Summon to follow new rules (in the EU) to protect pedestrians, not getting to close to them, so as it is now, it will stay til the rules change..."
(Since I am in the EU I tend to believe what he said... but in the US? hmmm...)

Same problem here. No fix after 3 service calls and massive inconvenience. Did you get any satisfaction?
