@traxila
SIPS
Structurally insulated Panel Systems
usually EPS foam between 2 oriented strand "plywood" that can be very long.
There is/was a SIP School near Shepherdstown, WVa.
house can be like a thermos bottle, extremely insulated, almost no drafts (infiltration/exfiltration)
Also look at what the Solar Decathlon kids did. totally could heat a house with a 1,600 watt blow dryer so insulated
they were all covered with big PV systems and had EV's but no Tesla's back then
@traxila , @winfield100 , link to more info on this EPS stuff please? Thanks.

I am an electrical engineer, and someone who installs control systems for a living. I find op showing off how smart he is to people who are trying to help to be annoying and counter productive.

I am a certified power and grounding specialist, but op has google so I am wrong. Rocky obviously knows what he is doing, but op has google so he wrong too.

OP doesn't want help, he wants to show off his genius.

Me too, multiple times... :D
Perhaps we could use this one? Mr. Black drives an X after all. ;)

Well, "meant" != "said". IMHO, one should not make declarative statements of fact unless one is prepared to back them up with facts. Otherwise, it's just FUD.

Sure thats why all of this is just FUD (hell we can say that "write up" could be FUD as well since Tesla hasn't confirmed any of it). We might as well just end this thread and tell the lawyers its all fixed now according to wk057 and Tesla did nothing wrong by pushing firmware updates. GTFO

Let's all hail goodly wk057, he knows it all and we all been wrong this whole time. We never lost capacity/range (especially for almost two years now) Oh and supercharging psh thats a myth too. Fake news!

We are just hungry for blood, sweat and money. I cant wait to eat heads!

They announced it on Facebook. It's just the module for base model SR model 3's.

Performance models are skipped yet again for any power upgrades. Guess that guy posting about m3p upgrades was full of *sugar* as expected.

First, I am going to warn you that personal attacks are not allowed against anyone, me or otherwise, so consider that a warning.

Second, My arguments are specifically about you saying "Tesla should give me compensation because I bought the car a month ago". You were the one who started the strawman about "except I cant deny OTA updates" in relation to asking for compensation for the price reduction.

Finally, that "fanboi" argument is usually the final thing people turn to in this argument when they realize that the person telling them they are asking for everything to be the same or more than they paid, forever, is correct. The next step is normally to resort to some personal attack or other.

You can certainly feel however you want to, and we can certainly disagree on this, but refrain from the personal attacks.

1) Issue yourself a warning. mis-quoting is very, very much a personal attack.
2) FREE UPGRADES is what you said, yes? You are threading a very thin line here.

My statement that some 'FREE UPGRADES' [moderators words] would go a long way in customer relations for recent purchases.
Then someone with [moderator status] says I want the value to stay the same? Huh?
How old are you? I don't need your permission on my feelings....

The detailing business doesn't thrive off of training you to find imperfections people can't see. The detailing business trains you to make the paint on a vehicle look like what it should. The difference between a car that's been corrected and one that hasn't is noticeable.

I'm only here to share and educate(and learn from) people and stop ignorant people like yourself from spreading false information, especially since I have *some* experience in the field. This isn't an airport, no need to announce that you're leaving.

Goodbye is one word, not two. Hooked on Phonics goes a long way.
Yeah yeah, who gives a ****

Let us know how your battery is doing in 7-10 years. Long term reliability of a Tesla is nothing like an ICE car. These are iPhones on wheels.

The rattles, poor battery life, buggy interface from outdated hardware will all make you beg someone to take the car from you.

You sir, are a moron.

I have had 2 x early 2013 Model S's and they both held up extremely well long-term, including battery degradation (< 1% per year).

Spotify just announced HiFi. I'm an Apple Music person and I prefer Apple Music - interface, integration with everything, etc… - but I found this interesting nonetheless: Five Things to Know About Spotify HiFi — Spotify

I know Spotify's integration with Tesla in the past has been iffy, but got a major upgrade a few months ago. I'm curious what you guys think of the possibility of HiFi being supported in a Tesla. That would make the monthly Premium connectivity subscription more useful and would sound amazing I think.

“major upgrade”? o_O I mean, it’s less shitty I suppose but still pretty awful. We still don’t have the ability to associate individual Spotify accounts to driver profiles.

LOL, did you read article, and check smooth riding of Id.3 production? I'm sorry to say but, your opinion is total BS. And repeating same BS. in every thread don't make it real.

CEO both world largest EV maker and world largest launch provider, have really "poor management skills" hahahaha. Oh, wait. You're serious. Let me laugh even harder. HAHAHAHAHAHA.
