Snow storm efficiency

Check out that efficiency lol. Took 90 minutes to drive 5.5 miles this afternoon. Ended up improving efficiency overall but the car used 23 miles of range for that 5.5 miles/90 minutes

Lol indeed.

I was super impressed with my 3. RWD and stock all seasons. Seemed to be better off than some others on the road.

Most of that is because of the cabin heat. I'm sure if you tried it without the heat on (hard to go without Defrost in these conditions, but I mean theoretically...), the efficiency wouldn't be nearly as bad.

It is ALWAYS very bad for the first part of a trip. Even in a gas car.

Yeah for sure. I think it ended up being less than 1000 wh/mi by the time I got home. Love this car even more. Thank you Tesla for putting decent all seasons on the car too.

That being said, I’m not taking it out in this unless absolutely necessary lol

Yeah my normal commute in the morning is mostly downhill and is about 150 wh/mi. On the way home it’s mostly uphill and about 350 wh/mi. At least it has been in the winter. Yesterday was not normal lol

I don't see that at all. I street park every day. I only see a corellation between cabin heat/AC and efficiency. (except for the temporary voided blue range)
