Hi, long time lurker but finally found something I haven’t seen posted yet. Does anyone know what this noise could be?

2019 M3P. Happens intermittently but it’s very annoying. Trying to have more info for my SC appointment to increase chances of them actually fixing it! Thanks for any input.
