I ended up getting a car wash pass after I bought my model 3. Now the whole car has fine scratches and some deeper scratches down to white from the wash. Ughhh. Looks horrible. Just changed to handwash. Definitely a lot shinnier and more fun. Any way to buff out these swirls?

Find a detailer and have them paint correct and apply ceramic coat. It will look better than new....

I'm always afraid I'll screw something up if I do it myself. I'll have to look into it to see how hard it is

Honest opinion, pay a professional. Paint correction is an art and not exactly something I'd recommend jumping right into.

Watch some good YouTube tutorials and don't go heavy with cutting. I tend to do most work myself and rarely pay anyone. However I'm saying this as someone who took autobody in college and is a hobbyist.

Find a local detailer on yelp with good reviews. Polish them out and then apply ceramic coating.
