Saw 4 transports filled with m3s at hollister supercharger headed east...
 
My guess is only long distance get wrapped. I was by the factory this past week and out of 9 truck loads I only saw a couple trailers with wraps.
That would make sense except I see a transporter parked in front of a local OfficeMax with a full load of Teslas. Here's my photos from a couple of months ago:

The last several loads a Teslas have had almost all vehicles in a full wrap with the exception of part of the front windshield and side windows. They all have looked like Model 3s. The driver parks here overnight at least twice a week; sometimes with other brands of newer cars and used cars as well. He/she can't be going more than a day's drive away to be parked here all that often. If by long distance you mean Bay Area to LA and back, then that's possible with the schedule I see from this trailer.
