I posted this in another thread, but Tesla mobile service will swap out your dash for you. You'll need to pay for the dash, but if you can't find anyone in your area to swap and don't mind the cost it's an easy alternative. I believe it cost about $250-300 and took about 3-4 weeks for the part to come in. The tech was at our house for no more than 10-15 minutes. You can order and schedule right through the phone app - just find the part number of the dash you want through the Tesla part lookup and put that in the comments. They'll take care of the rest.

I'll be taking delivery of my TM3 Stealth on Sunday. Let me know when you get your car and if you still want to do the swap we can try to meet at a mutual location halfway somewhere. I have all the trim tools so you don't need to worry about that stuff and I'm decently handy haha.
