Software install problem

I asked for a service call because I have not received a software update in quite a while and have2019.36.2.1 ea322ad. Service msgd me back that an update was uploaded to me on 1/22/20 and I should click on the yellow clock on the display. I do not see the update to upload and do not have a yellow clock to click on. I'm trying to get service at my house again but there has been no response. Any suggestions?

I am stuck as well. Currently on 40.2.1 since December 24. Tesla informs me that my car is up-to-date so apparently I don't get to have 40.50.X because my car was manufactured July 2017, hence MCU1. is this true?

Correct. There are thousands of us out there. Basically MCI1 owners have not gotten any update since early December. We are all on 10.1, while anyone with MCU2 is already on 10.2.
