I'm in Melbourne Australia and I just caught it in the act; pretty sure it's currently downloading this version

I can't see my download data in detail, I can just see a running total. But it looks like I had about 540MB, then got 2018.18.2, then another 1GB overnight. I'm hoping that the 1GB could be part of the c 7-8GB map update.Confirmed, 529MB download and about a 20 minute install and I have 2018.18.2 3x

Ubiquity UnifiHi,
Which router/app do you use to get this 'per device' statistics ?
Quite a few today. A couple had big jumps.Looks like this one is rolling out big, TeslaFi and ev-fw have it on many cars quickly, release notes reported to have nothing changed since 2018.18 (which is to say, nothing new).

This is from a Ubiquity wifi controller.Hi,

No, on does not need to be present when an update is applied. I normally schedule my updates for 2:00 AM.Hey just a question, when the update is starting, does one have to be present and make sure the car is "on" while the update is being applied? This is the second time I'm receiving an update on my new Tesla Model S, and both times it fails after 15 min.
I plugged the charger, started the update and locked the car. Took the dog for a walk, and after 15 min, "Update failed".

I do exactly what you did minus the walk and the dog. Never failed so far.
