I wouldn't expect so. The 3 has power increase, supercharger preheat (although that should come to S and X like right now!), auto headlights (we've had that for years, man) etcGot it. Are you sure that NoA is available for Model 3 in Germany and Norway. I am 99.9% sure it is not.Model 3 has NoA in Germany and Norway . So unsure why they are holding off on S/X when it's clearly implemented in USA
