I was stuck on 8.5 for the longest time too and I had to schedule a service appointment and they pushed me 12.1.2. I didn't have to go in, they did it remotely. I was hoping I wouldn't have to do it again.

I kinda don't want 16.2 with the bug issues I've heard with the lane departure so hopefully I can skip it and get 20.1.
