Software update 2020.12.11climate issues

Has anyone had problems with no heat and climate control failed notifications when using app to pre heat,/cool? model 3LRWD2019

No heat but have A/C on 2019 Model X. Had a failed to install message on my phone but shows as installed in the car. Have a service request in. Hope they can just push the next update and that will fix it.
