Software update date is not aligned with current date

Just updated to 16.1.2 but date still shows June 12th.

Thursday I got 16.1.1 and yesterday I got 16.1.2. Update date still shows June 9

You are lucky mine still saying June 9 10:37pm lol and today is the 18th

Mine still shows May 30th as the last update date. No updates for my car have come available since I took ownership. Still sitting on 12.3.2.

My MY is stuck on June 13 also

Updated to 2022.16.2 yesterday, and the date is showing 6/20 now. Looks like it shows the date/time of last successful update.

Mine said June 9th until last night I received an update to 2022.16.1.2 and the date got changed to June 20th now.

I guess is safe to assume that the date don’t really reflect on rather your car checks for an update or not. I think it does in the back end or when Tesla server said is “Your turn” to get the latest update for your car.

So I guess don’t stress to much about it if the date does not reflect the current date & time of checking it?

And got home today and the wife told me the update was ready to do…. If this was sports I might say posting about it caused it to happen. Sometimes superstitions work.

The date has started updating reliably now for me. Perhaps it was a server-side issue and not a car software issue.

Seemed to correct itself for me a day after downloading 2022.16.1.2 three days ago. Downloaded 2022.16.2 last night and it is correct this morning.
