Does anyone know if it's possible to trickle-charge the 12-volt battery using a small solar panel?

I saw on Amazon a solar panel useful to charge the 12 volt battery.

It should be possible to charge the 12 volt with solar. I used to do that with my Volkswagen EV

Thanks. I trickle-charge the lead-acid batteries on several ICE machines, and I believe that the 12-volt gel battery in the Tesla can also be trickle-charged. This should preserve some of the charge in the main battery, since the main battery charges the 12-volt battery.
