Solar in MA

Hi folks! My first post here.

I am thinking about doing a solar loan for my 12.24kw and two powerwall system. I am seeing rates of 10 year @ 4.99% and 20 year @ 5.99%. These seem high! Has anyone seen a better rate within MA using Mass Save, or some other bank / program?
