And for any shareholder of SCTY who otherwise hasn't found the answer, your shares of SCTY have been converted to TSLA shares, at a ratio of .11 TSLA for every 1 SCTY (invert it: 9.09090909 SCTY will get you 1 TSLA). If a fractional amount remains, you will receive those in cash.
As an example, if you held 100 shares of SCTY, you now have 11 shares of TSLA, with no fractional amount.
