solaredge inverter questions

Okay, still trying to gather options if my batteries ever get approved.

I currently have a solaredge 11400H. What makes these revenue grade and what does this do?

If I split my solar, I will need another inverter. So, I saw a comment about getting one with the EV option.
Is it worth it? what is the difference in the part number? Does this cause any changes to the electrical design, code, etc?
