SolarEdge portal missing TOU rate in Revenue tab...

Does anyone else have the TOE rate option that the SE docs talk about? I only have flat.

I have the Admin portal and have the same choices that you see. I clicked on one ? icon and it told me the choices were TOU and flat rate but could not find it. I do not have the Consumption CTs and that might be the reason I cannot access TOU rates because the calculation is meaningless without deducting consumption. At least that is my theory. I have another device that gives me net export because I have three systems exporting.
