With prices of used cars through the roof, I decided to sell my 2021 MY on Jan. 8,
making a nice profit.
I have a friend that has about 15 collector cars and offered to let me borrow
one of them until around my July EDD.
I started off with the white 1994 Trans Am conv., but then I sold it for him on ebay in less than 24 hours:
So today he switched cars and gave me the red 2002 Camaro SS conv.
This one has a 6 speed tranny. He says I can use it for as long as it takes.
I drive very little, so will maybe put around 1k miles on it by July.
Nice friend to have. I'm hoping my EDD moves up fast, but it's out of my hands.
I know many members have sold their cars, only having to rent one until theirs is delivered.
I am lucky to be avoiding that situation.
