Niedermeyer has a history of off the wall Tesla FUD.

In compliance documents A1002 is identified as being part of the “truck” paint shop and Model X is reportedly being “assembled on the former site of the Toyota Tacoma,” which strongly suggests the non-compliant oxidizer primarily affects the production line for the delayed Model X but not the Model S.

As I understand it Tesla has a single paint shop that does all the vehicles, so this "issue" would affect the Model S as well.
