Someone needs a new Drive Unit.

Milling noise was so bad I could here it 30 feet away, owner may think noise is normal & not realize drive unit will likely eventually fail so Tesla contact the poor guy.

That excuse was tried with me, got a replacement anyways , 4 years of "Ballon Squeal" not being fixed is bad enough so I wasn't going to listen to milling noise until Tesla deemed it was annoying enough to replace.

Drive units unexpectedly failing are still occurring, just not reported on TMC as much.
