SOS service required and maps not working nor reverse cameras

Only had our new Model 3 and these occurred yesterday

Maps not working, reverse camera blank and repeat message saying sentry mode turned off due to error

Can anyone help please?

The first thing to try is a reboot. Hold the scroll wheels until the touchscreen turns off. If that doesn’t fix it, make a service appointment.

Tried everything to no avail sadly - got booked in Wednesday morning- not a great start

Poop occurs. Hopefully it will get sorted out and you will not need to visit the service center for a long time.
