I was curious, so I threw together a spreadsheet to calculate what percentage of my car's power came from which sources. I used data collected by TeslaFi to determine how much power I used from each state for supercharger usage, and my local power company data for local level 2 charging.

So it looks like roughly 52.8% "clean" energy sources.

    Nuclear 30.1%
    Coal 24.1%
    Natural Gas 22.6%
    Solar 14.9%
    Hydro 6.1%
    Wind 1.4%
    Geothermal 0.3%
    Biomass 0.1%
    Other 0.4%

I don't know if anyone else will find this interesting, but it was a fun learning experience for me. :)

I love this kind of statistics!
Up to now, I've recharged 69,5% from my home charger and 25,4% from Tesla supercharges and the remaining 5,1% from destination chargers.
I have no idea about where Tesla superchargers and destination chargers get their electrical power, but I know that my power provider is declaring 100% "clean" energy: 97,5% hydro and 2,5% other renewables sources.
