Rear bumper was tapped in the parking lot by some idiot kid who took off. Luckily for me, my Sentry mode caught the whole thing, so after a quick call to insurance, I'm looking for a paint shop.
I've always had black cars, and have had nothing but issues with multiple "high end" shops in the area, which include terrible orange peel, clear coat fade/dulling (from improper timing to allow for gassing, I suppose), overspray, mismatched blending, etc etc.
Looking for a shop that will do a perfect job the first time, and will make it seem, to an OCD owner, that the accident never happened.
Side note: does anyone have experience with diminished value claims in California?
