Revenge of the Electric Car is playing this Friday March 23, 2012 at the South Florida Museum Bishop Planetarium at 7:00pm.

Admission is free and Ben Bird with the City of Bradenton is looking for at least one Tesla roadster to be present at 5:45pm so City officials recognize the importance of their new charge stations. Please advise. Fisker Karma, Chevy Volt, and Nissan Leaf will be there so hopefully a Tesla too.

P.S. This is a very cool place to see the movie!

Nearby charging stations which normally cost $1.50/hr will be free for this event.

I dragged my buddy, who drives a Corvette, to this viewing.

I saw it before the Miami Planetarium showing. How were the crowds?

The event wasn't advertised very well. I'd estimate that maybe 2/3 of the planetarium was full. Our club found out about it only two days in advance so it wasn't possible to arrange to have any Roadsters in attendance.
