Just got done searching the web. I guess its called an "easter egg". Its a supposedly turns the car into a James bond something.

You cant. and you cant edit your post after a certain time.

Are you referring to the white Lotus submarine on the Easter Egg screen? Just select it, then go to your suspension height settings screen...
