SpaceX employees now allowed to reserve Model 3

I just read a report that SpaceX owners are now able to reserve the model 3. Add another 5,000 potential people that will be able to get their Model 3 ahead of everyone else.

This step will cause more complaints from nonowners, so I was hoping they would avoid it. But now since they have done it, I support their decision. Tesla and Spacex are siblings, they have helped each other by sharing technologies. It makes sense to allow Spacex employees to have early access too.

As a SolarCity employee I did a little happy dance when I read this. First Tesla employees, then SpaceX employees, now let's hope that Musk's third baby has the same consideration come Monday or Tuesday!

I think it's awesome. I also will be shocked if there's not at least one person that files a lawsuit against Tesla for preferential treatment to employees and SpaceXers claiming a gerrymandered tax credit scheme. Hope not.

I have to admit, I'm somewhat disappointed. Been a tesla fan for a while now, and was looking forward to reserving the M3 with the hope of getting the full tax rebate.

Too bad, just have to wait a bit longer I guess.
