I do not understand what that video is portraying. The booster re-entry burn? What are the two points of light adjacent to the exhaust plume?

First stage's boost-back burn and second stage's engine bloom interaction, shown at least three times from different view points.

The nozzle of the 2nd stage Merlin on this launch was glowing brilliant white. On all other launches I've seen, the bell has glowed orange and less intensely. Camera POV seems the same as always. Does anyone know why?

Most likely just a different camera or someone in the video control room adjusting the color different for this launch. When Block 5 was brand new the second stage camera was terrible for a couple launches. Which shows they change things around from time to time.
