That's a relief. Thank you for the explanation. It does make sense, in three dimensions the area where they launch satellites is so big that the chances of running into a piece of space debris (let alone two), even if there are thousands of them, should be almost negligable.
Just a guess.
The other thing is debris won't last super long at that altitude. Which is part of why the satellites are so bright to start, they apparently point the solar arrays to reduce drag.
