Joshua Tree National Park on the evening of 10/07/18. The launch of SAOCOM 1A coloring the western sky. The uninformed might have thought they were watching a ghostly UFO. Shining some sunlight on the most distracting acronym of October '18, most eyewitnesses were in awe of the icy plume produced from SpaceX Extraterrestrial Condensation.

This was Monday night (Feb 13) while camping in Death Valley. String of lights moved from West to East. (Sorry for the poor quality image... handheld with my cell phone.)

Looks like this is from the Feb 12 launch from Cape Canaveral.

It was SpaceX's 10th orbital launch of the year.

That is a CGI or a photoshopped version of the actual picture which is much more blurry.

The view from Las Vegas this evening March 18, Vandenberg is 325 miles away. Look closely in the tail of the second stage and you can see the boosters of the first stage lit.
