This lawsuit was about development contracts for heavy lift. SpaceX wanted a piece of the Air Force money to help develop Starship and the Air Force sad it was too wacko, I mean risky, a design. Of course, the Air Force is completely wrong and they already look like fools, but I think Air Force brass are used to that.

There is a cost for moving slower than a snail's pace: From: Rocket Report: Bank doubles value of SpaceX, Russia won’t talk Amur anymore
I mean, isn’t Bezos literally wasting his money? Because they are moving so slow, their salary expenses keep mounting. And it is obvious that SpaceX has better technology. What’s the end game here? I understand that Bezos has different ideas on what to do with rockets (moon colonization versus Mars for example) but wouldn’t Bezos get more bang for his buck if he relinquished lift supremacy to Elon and spent his money on colonization?

Nice short to the point explainer video on why Blue Origin isn’t going anywhere fast as compared to SpaceX.
I'm curious, how/why do you think you know what the video says before watching it? It doesn't even say what you said it says.
Hence the silly - and I guess I wasn't clear From the setup - why Blue Origin is slower - I expect to find a serious answer with useful information that helps me better understand Blue Origin's motivations, constraints, and so forth. But I haven't watched the video yet (looking forward to it), and the smart aleck side of me (it's always been here - even got me a B for Deportment in 3rd grade ) just couldn't resist the setup. That setup being - Blue Origin is slower because Blue Origin doesn't have Elon. Thus "because Elon". Purely me being a wiseacre and trite. I do see how the /silly I added, which intended to convey that triteness could easily be seen differently though, now that I look back at it. I was aiming that /silly at me and my comment; not at you or the video. I failed today at Internet. Have no fear, I'll try again (and will fail again). And in the meantime, I apologize for that bit of unnecessary confusion.
I realize @adiggs has already responded, but FWIW I got out of that: 1. Blue Origin follows the traditional space logic of "failure is not an option" vs SpaceX's "Fail fast and iterate". The latter is largely because of Elon, so "because Elon" is actually pretty appropriate here. 2. Jeff's deep pockets have effectively eliminated any sense of urgency for Blue. Its a little harder to say this is because of Elon, but SpaceX is of course low budget by comparison, and they do have an unprecedented sense of urgency...

Looks like this was just a wrap up from the Space Force's earlier decision to not award any launch contracts to these guys. They did manage to walk away with hundreds of millions of $$ from the government anyways. Gawd, the military has got to stop throwing money at these companies. You just know there are kick backs, either directly or indirectly going on (you know, the usual, congress critter retires from his seat and then gets a million dollar salary for being a chairwarmer at these companies).
