The Board rejected a go private offer from management at $1.50/share a few months ago. So management just continued spending money and not finding a buyer, and now the Board accepts a management offer at $0.50/share. So glad Boards exist to protect shareholders.

after reading Ashlee Vance's book I am not so sure Astra has the bones to make it. We'll see.
