Although new user "yy17616433" has only a couple of posts, there seems to be a pattern developing: identical text as a response to threads, along with several links to a Manga site. Could this user be a spambot?

    recent spam

Don't know why all of a sudden we're starting to get more spam on the forum. I try to remove it as soon as I see it. Maybe we need a better registration CAPTCHA.

    more spam

Ever sense this registration problem was fixed we've been getting more spam, particularly from Chinese IP addresses. Perhaps this "nospam" challenge question needs to be looked into again.

I wouldn't normally suggest this, but I think it's time to wield the ban stick against Rutru here... 3 strikes and you're out.

He's banned - don't worry. Normally I permanently delete these messages but this time I decided to "soft delete" them. Wasn't sure if everyone still sees them or just the mods - I guess it is everyone.
