I followed the suggestions on the list and bought a Hyundai Genesis 18 emergency spare with jack for $90 on eBay. Five minutes with a rat tail file and the bolt holes fit perfectly. A jack and crank for $12, a lug wrench for $11, an outside wheel cover for $13, and a hockey puck jacking adapter for $5 all on Amazon brought my total to $130.
