I have 4 OEM 19" Dueal spoke wheels with Goodyear tires.
3 of them could not be balanced. I drove on these and I got a slight vibration at 80 mph. You could use them all as daily drivers but they would be perfect for spares.
2 of the tires are practically new (one of them is on a balanced wheel.)
2 of the tires will need to be replaced soon.
No TPMS sensors - they have regular stems in there now so they are ready to go for spares.
No curb rash.
