Do these fit the Performance rotors and have the 3-4mm gap required for it?

Yes they have a beveled centerbore to accommodate the performance cars with different hubs and brakes.

The way you see the fitment in the picture is without any wheels spacers. It is a more flush fitment to the outside of the fender. The only other difference is the car in the above picture is also lowered 1.5" than stock. It is also a RWD car.
