That's what Elon said on the Q3 call. around 260 made in Q3 (of which 220 delivered) and per 31 October 440 made (so that means 180 produced in October).
Was listening to the last The Tesla Show podcast today, and if I understood correctly, if and when the battery issues are dealt with (Tesla now has a good view on what those issues are but the problem isn't fixed yet and apparently they're waiting for some hardware to be supplied), then some the Fremont production line could today do 500 cars/week, and shortly probably 1,000 cars/week, but it isn't easy to say when Tesla will get to 5,000 cars/week. 10,000 cars/week? Probably not in 2018, if I understand correctly.
