Speech recognition worse with 8.0

I agree, voice recognition is somewhat worse for this new iteration. Hopefully it can get fixed in the next update. I heard Elon was vying for a better OS in December and that might fix some of the problems.

Voice recognition will most likely require specific programming changes. It isn't something basic OS will have on their own, but I agree with you, updates will be welcome when they do arrive!

I have found V8 voice recognition accuracy to be worse when saying more than one word after the command. For example, if I say "Call Stephen Beecham" I see nothing like this on the display. However, if I say "Call Stephen" I at least see all of the Stephens in my iPhones contacts show up on the screen and I can select Stephen Beecham.
