I just had mine fixed by Tesla Mobile service, the guy said the issue was they didn't put enough adhesion promoter the first time, so he loaded it up. Said to leave tape holding it down for 2 or 3 hours (I left it overnight). Only driven it once since then so can't really say it's not going to happen again, but at least I have a new spoiler with more adhesion promoter...
TLDR, schedule a service appointment and let tesla fix it...
It's a big strip of adhesive tape under there. If it started to pull up, there's basically no way to fix it that doesn't involve removing the entire thing because the tape's glue is fouled. They actually replace the entire part. I had mine replaced for the same reason a month or so ago.
Ugh, they really should be re-cutting the spoilers since they look like they aren't perfectly fitting to begin with. The glue's only coming undone because it isn't a flush fit.
Kudos to Tesla service. Made appt via the app, they had an opening within one hour, drove down, took them about 20 minutes, took a power nap, and was on my way. No traditional dealership would ever do this.
