Spontaneous Crack in Glass Roof

Anybody had their driver’s side window blow up into tiny pieces yet? My blew up while I was sitting in a parking lot trying to sink in my phone. I had my car less than a day. The dealership lead service advisor was making it sound like it was my own fault and that I’ll have to cover it from my own pocket. He couldn’t believe it would spontaneously blew apart on its own. I told him that I have a witness that was right in front of my car when window blew up. It was fairly loud too not to notice. Took me good 30 minutes to get most the glass off myself, the seat and door jambs. Luckily the sales team stepped in and took care of it. The invoice reads a one time goodwill gesture service. Sales team also provided a rental car for about 1.5 weeks until it was replaced. That service advisor got my blood boiling that’s for sure.
