Elon's version of "soon". Could be December or next year.

Lighted sun visors came, just in Model X instead of Model S

You know, the early car I test drove in 2012 actually had the vanity lights.I was told when my car was delivered that Tesla didn't like the implementation and were re-designing them. Once available, they would retrofit my car. Still waiting...

Some early owners received due-bills for the lighted vanity mirrors. One of them should call up Tesla and say hey... lol
