Spotify Issue

I picked up my Model 3 a couple of weeks ago, but have a recurring problem with the integrated Spotify functionality. It normally lists “Your Library”, “Featured Playlists”, “New Releases” and “Genres & Moods” on the left hand side of the Spotify screen. However, it sometimes shows “Your Library” only, so none of the connected search features work. It’s not an LTE / network coverage issue, and the temporary fix is to hold both scroll wheels down to reset the screen - that works in the short term, only for the issue to arise again.

Has anyone else experienced the same issue?

I'm on 2019.28.2 - the car is a P+
I also have this issue with the P. Like you I'm fixing it with a screen reboot but not ideal. There is mention of it on other forums too but I haven't seen a fix yet. Apparently Tesla are also aware. There was an OTA update last night but same issue still today.

Have you got any further with it?

Cheers

I’m experiencing this exact problem too.

I picked the car up last Friday, had to do a reset on Sunday to get them back, and today it’s gone again!

This is a real PITA

A related question - with the Tesla Spotify account is it possible to download music to "your library" on a storage device in the car? So that you can listen when connectivity is iffy.

I'm still seeing this intermittently and it is indeed a PITA. There are a few references elsewhere but nothing definitive. I have a ranger coming next Tuesday to an intermittent airbag fault so I'll see if he/she knows anything.
