Spotify only plays the one song?

Anyone else encounter a weird problem where if you select a song from your library or even ask it to play a specific artist or album... it only plays the one song? And won't let you skip to a different song without manually selecting another song?

Hard reset works to fix it. Power off power on!

Well that definitely worked! Problem is I'm having to do it each time I get into my car. I wonder if there's a way to just force quit the spotify portion of the software.

Had the same issue:
hard reset in combination with a change to the 'repeat' setting in Spotify worked for me, it seems to have 3 modes - go for the 'off' one then start playing an album from the beginning

I have found that when that happens for me, it is usually the app on phone that fixes it for me. I usually open the app, skip a song or random or something that changes in the app and it then starts working.

I have the problem where it plays the same 2 songs on a loop. I just switch playlists and it seems to fix the problem.

I also having the problem were Spotify logs me out every week or so. I have an separate account just for my Tesla. So no one is used it on another device.
