Not exactly sure what "Spotify Premuim" is. We have a Family plan that allows up to 6 people. I use my Spotify account on my phone, computer, and in my 2020 MS LR+. Never had any problem, but maybe it's different in the US?

Supposedly (we haven't tried it yet), a recent software update allows other Tesla driver profiles to use a different Spotify account (for access to playlists, etc.).
